2. Overview

Women's Wellness publishes advertising articles, product comparisons and reviews and earns commissions from the shops linked in its articles (see our Advertising Disclosure). You can read all content without creating an account. We process personal data only where this is necessary to run the website, to measure and improve our content and advertising, or where you have given your consent.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically processes information your browser sends (server log files): IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system and device type. This data is needed to deliver the website, to keep it secure and stable and to detect misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short period unless needed to investigate a security incident.

4. Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your browser connects to Google servers for this, which transmits your IP address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a consistent presentation).

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement and advertising tags. Tags are loaded through our own subdomains and processed via a server-side tagging container hosted by Stape (stape.io) on our behalf. Through this setup we use:

Provider of Google services: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

Where required by law, these services are used only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our advertising (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can withdraw consent or object at any time with effect for the future, for example by deleting cookies and blocking them in your browser settings.

6. Links to partner shops

Our articles link to the online shops of our advertising partners. When you click such a link, you leave this website. To attribute visits and purchases to our advertising and to the correct partner, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers that were part of the address you arrived with (for example utm parameters or a Google click ID) are kept in your browser for the current session and appended to the shop link. We do not pass on your name or contact details. On the shop's website, that shop's privacy policy applies; we have no influence on how the shop processes your data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the correct attribution of partner commissions) or, where cookies are involved, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

7. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it once your request has been fully answered, unless legal retention obligations apply.

8. Transfers outside the EU

Some of the services named above are provided by companies in the USA. Where data is transferred to such countries, an adequate level of protection is ensured, for example through the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (for certified companies) or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

9. Storage period

We store personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Data processed on the basis of consent is stored until you withdraw your consent.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21) and to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). To exercise your rights, email jerropc@inbox.eu.

11. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work. The authority responsible for us is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, info@aki.ee, www.aki.ee.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
